Timoleague Harvest Festival

In August each year the village hosts the Timoleague festival. This ten day harvest festival sees the streets thronged with locals and tourists alike trying to catch a glimpse of the many street activities which are organised for the event.
Catwalk Extravaganza
Due to reasons beyond our control, our Catwalk Extravaganza has been rescheduled to Friday, 28th August 2026.
Friday 28th August @ 7.00 p.m., at Clonakilty Agricultural College Conference Centre, Darrara.
The “Catwalk Extravaganza” event will feature a cheese and wine reception, an exciting array of trade stalls, catwalk showcasing of local retailer new season fashions and additionally valuable tips on glamour and style hacks from the professionals. Our MC for the evening will be the fabulous Siobhan O Mahony, popular Event Host and Makeup Artist, who is assured to make the evening a fun packed, relaxing and entertaining experience for all.
Tickets will be €35 and proceeds are going towards Cancer Connect/Timoleague Community.

Live street music, dog show, children & adult fancy dress competition, McFadden’s Funfair are among the most popular of these activities.
